AutomatedGuestAI provides AI-powered automation solutions for hotels, resorts, and hospitality properties, including but not limited to AI chatbots, WhatsApp automation, AI voice agents, CRM integration, and marketing automation. Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as agreed in your service agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our technology

7. Payment & Billing

Fees for our Services are outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan. All payments are due as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomatedGuestAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any data stored on our platform may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
